  • Mandates for finding a partner

    This consists in selling part of the company’s capital in order to allow in a new partner who can provide synergies and/or funding, with clear prospects for continuity, and obtaining a return. One possible partner might be a Venture Capital Company, for example, seeking to invest in a shareholding participation aimed at boosting equity and at producing a notable improvement in results in the medium term, with the aim of reselling the shares at a later date at a significant premium.

  • Valuation of companies

    It is often a good idea, and sometimes even necessary, to draw up a Company Valuation Report. This will be carried out in accordance with the most commonly-used international methods, and those which are best suited to the characteristics of each company. This will greatly facilitate the construction of arguments and counter-arguments which will ultimately strengthen the negotiation of the asking price.
