One possible partner might be a Venture Capital Company, for example, seeking to invest in a shareholding participation aimed at boosting equity and at producing a notable improvement in results in the medium term, with the aim of reselling the shares at a later date at a significant premium.
It is often a good idea, and sometimes even necessary, to draw up a Company Valuation Report. This will greatly facilitate the construction of arguments and counter-arguments which will ultimately strengthen the negotiation of the asking price.
