Right to information

In accordance with the rules set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law (LOPD /1999), GD&A BUSINESS BROKERS informs of the existence of an automated personal data file created by Gerard Duelo & Asociados, which is under its responsibility and has the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationships with persons requesting information or clients who have given their consent through the electronic forms or by means of e-mail messages. The file referred to has been registered with the Data Protection Agency.

Purpose

The data that you supply to GD&A BUSINESS BROKERS is for the purpose of handling your request, providing the information and/or services requested and offering you new services.

User consent

The use of the above mentioned forms, and the sending of a consultation by e-mail, assumes the sender’s consent for the automated processing of the data included in the means of communication indicated. The data shall not be shared with third parties.

You may exercise your right to access, correct, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data under the terms and conditions laid down in the LOPD data protection law. The level of data protection security maintained by GD&A BUSINESS BROKERS conforms to the Spanish Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July, relating to security measures for automated files containing personal data, and employs every technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised use or theft of the data you have supplied to GD&A BUSINESS BROKERS, notwithstanding the right to inform you that the security measures on the Internet are not infallible.
